The Annual Meeting of the Canadian Association of New York will be held for the following purposes:
- To elect a President, Vice President (2), Treasurer, Secretary
- To elect three members of the Board of Directors to serve for a term of three years
- To elect one member of the Board of Directors to serve for a term of two years
- To elect two members to join the Board of Directors to serve for a term of one year
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting
The Nominating Committee and the Board of Directors have approved and are proposing the following for election to the positions indicated:

Registration
Free to all CANY members in good standing. You must RSVP in advance since walk-ins cannot be accommodated due to security considerations at the venue. Please bring photo ID to gain entrance into the building. All members attending the Annual General Meeting are invited to a cocktail reception following the meeting.
