The undersigned hereby constitutes and appoints the Secretary of the CANADIAN ASSOCIATION OF NEW YORK as agent, attorney and proxy for the undersigned to represent and vote at the Annual Meeting of said Association to be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., or at any adjournments thereof, upon, (1) the election of a President, Vice President (2), a Secretary and a Treasurer; (2) the election of three Members to the Board of Directors to serve for a term of three years; (3) the election of two Members to the Board of Directors to serve for a term of two years; (4) the election of three Members to join the Board of Directors to serve for a term of one year; and (5) the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Meeting, hereby ratifying and confirming all actions that all said proxies may do or cause to be done by virtue of this proxy.
